Ceilúradh: Trinity Irish Dance Company's Inaugural Fundraiser
WHAT: Ceiliúradh, (pronounced: KAY-lur-AH) which simply means “celebration,” will bring together Chicago’s dance community, Irish American community, and a diverse community of arts enthusiasts to rally support for this important Chicago cultural arts organization. This event will be held Sunday, April 23 at Theater on the Lake.
Ceilúradh is a celebration in support of the internationally-renowned Trinity Irish Dance Company designed to launch them towards a bright future! Mingle with the artists, celebrate the previous evening’s Auditorium Theatre performance, wish TIDC well as they head out for their three-week tour of Japan! The afternoon event will include drinks and light cocktail party fare, live auction, paddle raise, plus a special performance by the Trinity Irish Dance Company which will include surprise guest performers. This event is made possible by presenting sponsor Joyce Chelberg.
