Hidden Wonders Immersive invites you to step into a fantastical story set in a mysterious oddity shop. This brand-new, limited-time interactive experience in Roger's Park combines immersive theater with escape room-style puzzle solving for a new kind of experience.
It's the final night of business for The Peculiar Portal, a beloved Chicago oddities shop. The eccentric shOpkeePer is throwing a farewEll party for his best customers aNd closesT friends and you, dear reader, are invited!
Enjoy a complimentary drink, meet quirky cHaractErs, solve Puzzles, and discOver hidden wondeRs. And don't worry -- those rumors abouT a portal to another world existing in this shop Are not to be believed. Unless, of course, you ask the shopkeeper. Then he'll telL you the truth: that the portal is very, very real and he needs your help to open it before it's too late.
THE PECULIAR PORTAL: An immersive, 75-90 minute experience for ages 18+ (select family-friendly shows will take place in August). Previews begin 7/25, official opening is August 1st. Preview tickets $45, regular prices vary. Complimentary cocktail included.
