Featuring over 15 games from indie developers in Chicago and around the world, Bit Bash Presents: XTREME Bit Bash highlights games and experiences all about excess, over-the-top aesthetics, extreme sports, alternative controls, and the Xtreme culture & aesthetic of the late 90’s. Featuring games controlled with wheelchairs, sponges, your head, and your own fists, along with games playing tribute to beloved classic genres with their own indie twist, XTREME Bit Bash has fresh games of all ages, interests, and skill levels. Plus, stick around for the Bit X Bash DJ Championship, an interactive two-hour musical showdown between four performers presenting their best jock jams for the right to win the Bit X Bash Championship Belt! Featuring games such as: Chairdevil by Bobby Lockhart and Andy Saia Take control of an extreme sports wheelchair athlete by riding downhill at incredible speeds, using an actual wheelchair! Rude Dew by Night City Juice fruits birthed by a bizarre creature into a drainpipe, by squeezing a giant sponge! Traintracks Combat by Lane “Sunshine” Howard A loving homage to fighting games and their storied history in Chicago. Bloodrage Fight Club by Miki Straus A one-night-only underground fight club tournament where a bracket of competitors must face each other in punching bag combat, while onlookers use fake money to bet on the outcomes.
