A Spirited Affair: The Art of Japanese Whisky with Akashi-Tai & Hatozaki
Step into an immersive evening at The Gwen, where culinary artistry, refined spirits, and creative expression come together to celebrate the traditions of Japan through flavor, form, and storytelling. Guests will begin with a Japanese Highball welcome cocktail, followed by a guided, hands-on Japanese calligraphy session by the Japanese Culture Center to learn traditional techniques and practice meaningful words. The experience concludes with a curated four-course sushi roll pairing, complemented by Japanese whisky and sake from Akashi-Tai and Hatozaki, led by brand representatives who share the heritage and craftsmanship behind each pour.
