Cooking Class: Pizza 101 with Chef Steve Chiappetti
Join esteemed Chef Steve Chiappetti on the Albert's idyllic outdoor patio as he shares the fantastic art of pizza-making. Explore different types of doughs, the variety of toppings and the different methods of cooking. Did you know that you can make a pizza on the grill, in the oven or in a frying pan? If you answered no to any of those questions, this event is for you! Taste the differences as you learn how to make them all and enjoy wine pairings along the way, too! Cost is $50 per person, including food and beverage.
