Chef Steve Chiappetti honors our iconic mother figures with a brunch buffet full of warmth and classic American flavors. Located on the first floor of Chicago’s popular theWit Hotel, each guest is greeted with a rose, making for a picture-perfect start to the celebration.
Offerings Include:
Smoked salmon Benedict
Mini lobster rolls
Lemon ricotta pancakes
Herb-crusted ribeye and grilled lamb chops
Decadent house-made cookies, cakes, pies and more.
State and Lake Chicago Tavern will also be open for dinner service.
