For two nights only, SHŌ in Old Town hands over its kitchen to internationally acclaimed chef Thomas Raquel, best known for his tenure as Executive Pastry Chef at Eric Ripert’s three Michelin-starred Le Bernardin. On September 26 and 27, guests will experience an exclusive 8-course tasting menu that seamlessly progresses from savory dishes to pastry courses, showcasing Raquel’s trademark precision, artistry, and focus on seasonality.
Highlights include Egg (jamon, potato, caviar), Hamachi (kalamansi, coconut, fried garlic), Somen (white truffle, soy milk, scallops), Wagyu (donabe rice, wild mushroom, Japanese pickles), and Raquel’s famed trompe-l’œil Apple (brown butter, apple cider, Armagnac).
Tickets are $195 per guest, with two seatings offered each evening, and SHŌ’s full wine, sake, and cocktail list available à la carte. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
