Caught Off Guards

The Caught Off Guards (COGs) started as an impromptu backup band for a karaoke night, then became a regular. As with most such events, the participants frequently tried to ask for songs that would catch us off guard, hence our name. COGs has now been performing for six years around Chicago and the western suburbs, having played various festival gigs, local music venues, and private parties. Our song list is extensive and focuses on rock and R&B hits, as well as some deep cut tunes, from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. We always bring a party atmosphere wherever we play.
