Robert's Pizza 5-course Latin American Dinner with Drink Pairings
Join us Thursday April, 10th at 7pm as we embark on our FINAL ticketed culinary adventure of the season. This celebratory 5-course paired pizza journey inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Latin America, where each dish takes you on a delightful ride through Mexico, Central and South America. Snacks: guacamole with chips, fried plantain, black bean salad, cheesy corn bread, roasted pumpkin
Starter: Peruvian ceviche
Pizza #1: Hearts of palm: baked scallops and crab
Pizza #2: Cochinita Pibil - slow braised pork, habanero salsa, cilantro and pickled red onion
Pizza #3 Asado - char grilled beef, provoleta, chimichurri
Dessert: Dulce de leche, pineapple, coconut, banana, macadamia nut, lime
