Riverside 150 Historical Church Tours
In celebration of the Village of Riverside's 150th Anniversary, you are invited to learn about the architecture, stories, people and quiet, peaceful and joyous places that are the churches of Riverside.
6 churches will be open for touring during this event.
- Ascension Lutheran Church (400 Nuttall Rd)
- Riverside Presbyterian Church (116 Barrypoint Rd)
- Saint Mary Catholic Church - St. Paul VI Parrish (105 Herrick Rd)
- Saint Paul's Parish (60 Akenside Rd)
- Saint Peter and Paul Lutheran Church (250 Woodside Road)
- Woodside United Methodist Church (82 Woodside Road)
Docent-let tours will be offered at each site on the hour and half-hour. You are also free to visit and photograph the sanctuaries independently. You may visit the churches in any order. If lot parking is unavailable, please follow Village signage for street parking.
No tickets are required. You will receive a program at your first stop allowing you track your visits.
