Naperville Historic District Ghost Tours
Since 2004, Diane Ladley, author of “Naperville’s Haunted Memories”, has thrilled guests with Naperville’s unique sub-urban legends and true encounters with the paranormal on this two-hour, lamplit walking tour of Naperville’s beautiful Historic District. Tours start outside of Quigley’s Irish Pub at 8:00 PM and run every Friday and Saturday night, June through November.
You’ll hear chilling stories of the ghosts of one of the deadliest train collisions in American history; the eight phantoms of Pfeiffer Hall; the pub haunted by the soldier who changed the course of world history; the Amorous Apparition of 5th Avenue Station; and more! Your guide, Diane, is a nationally award-winning storyteller, named “America’s Ghost Storyteller”, so each tale is expertly told. No boring, droning tour guides here! We are proud to state that ours the only ghost tour in Naperville whose stories have been verified for historical accuracy by the Naperville Settlement Living History Museum.
EMF ghost meters are available free of charge for you to hunt for paranormal activity along the way. Nothing is rigged or staged...but unexplained meter activity occurs frequently on this tour route!
