Friends Of James Beard Foundation: The Chef, The Butcher and The Farmers
On Thursday, July 25th, Chicago's nine-time James Beard award-winning One Off Hospitality Group is honored to welcome the James Beard Foundation to Publican Quality Meats for an exclusive dinner, “The Butcher, The Chef, The Farmers”. Featuring award-winning chef and Butcher Rob Levitt, legendary Chef/Partner Paul Kahan, PQM's premier Midwest farm partners including Slagel Family Farms, Mick Klug Farms, Three Sisters Garden and Nichols Farm, as well as One Off’s Donnie Madia and Pastry Chef Natalie Saben, the evening will present a canapé reception, followed by a hyper-seasonally focused five-course dinner and wine pairing.
A diverse range of unique varietals will be served personally by winemaker/vigneron Evan Martin from Oregon’s Martin Woods winery, and the meal can be enjoyed al fresco in the heart of the city’s bustling Fulton Market District, or uniquely indoors in the midst of the working butcher shop. There is one seating at 6:30pm. Tickets are priced at $225
