This special three-course dinner features a dish that’s close to our hearts, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. What is Cassoulet? Each cassoulet pot is layered with duck legs, stock, white beans, pork sausage, and pork bones, topped with a final layer of beans. The dish is then baked for hours, with stock added every half hour, resulting in tender meat and perfectly roasted, crunchy beans.
