supertri, owners and operators of the beloved Chicago Triathlon are returning this August with an additional supertri Chicago race making its debut geared towards professional athletes! The supertri Chicago race, which will take place on August 25, will be part of a five-stop League that will see the world’s best professional athletes racing fast, technical and tactical racing just weeks after competing in the 2024 Olympics. The race will follow the true supertri format, with athletes competing in three continuous rounds of swim-bike-run. This event is one of the highlights of a weekend filled with triathlon activities, including the SuperSprint and Kids Tri Chicago races on Saturday, August 24, and Sprint and International races on Sunday. Hosted by supertri, the Chicago Triathlon is the largest urban triathlon in the US, attracting thousands of athletes and spectators to the city. Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the Chicago Triathlon offers a unique course starting in Lake Michigan and winding through the streets of Chicago before finishing in Grant Park, catering to participants of all skill levels.
