Lotus Inspired Workshop
This workshop is open to everyone. Registration is required. It takes place in the Ravenswood community. With Spring emerging, we take this time to activate our inner spirit, body and creative energy. The teachers have provided many workshops in the suburbs and are excited to bring this experience to the city. Marina will be teaching an all-levels yoga class focusing on the Buddhist principle of Lotus, "we have all risen above the Mud." Heather will gently guide you in the artistic process of creating a Lotus image with art supplies included. Yolanda will accompany yoga and art making with the soothing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal bowls to clear your mind & emotions. This is a rare opportunity with limited spots available.
