Open Hack brings together groups of diverse developers to learn how to implement a given scenario on Azure through immersive, structured, hands-on, challenge-based hacking.
During Open Hack you will:
✅ Learn how to create an AI agent to increase business practice efficiency.
✅ Learn a real-world context for Azure AI Foundry.
✅ Learn common practices for VS Code use.
✅ Use GitHub Copilot agentic mode to stay within the IDE when building a solution.
✅ Network with fellow community members and other professional developers, as well as Microsoft Engineering leaders and experts.
✅ Get answers to your technology and workplace project questions from Microsoft and community experts.
Who should attend:
➡️ Developers who are interested in creating their own agents for internal / external use.
➡️ Developers who are interested in learning VS Code / GitHub Copilot best practices for use and governance.
Open Hack is Free for Registered Attendees!
Food, refreshments, and fun will be provided.
To be successful and maximize value from the event, participants should have a basic understanding of the following concepts and technologies. You are not required to be an expert or authority, but familiarity with each will be advantageous: OpenAI Basics, Azure AI Foundry, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
If traveling, attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses and meals outside the event.
