Set in 1985, This play explores the complicated relationships between three generations of the Westbrook women: Dorothea, Artie, and Echo. When Dorothea suffers a stroke, we hear from all three women as they reflect on their personal histories and the struggles of finding one’s individuality within a family dynamic. From trying to fly with homemade wings to the National Spelling Bee Championship, the relationships between these mothers and daughters are unique yet relatable to families everywhere. Join us to see if these women are able to summon the courage to build a life together or if they will deem their complicated history insurmountable. This show is being staged in our Blackbox theater to provide an intimate and immersive experience; However, that means that tickets are limited! Get yours before they are gone!
