Mardi Gras specials include a Blackened Chicken Po’ Boy with Cajun-spiced chicken breast ($15); an Andouille Sausage Po’ Boy with smoked andouille sausage ($15); and a Fried Shrimp Po’ Boy with buttermilk-marinated cornmeal fried shrimp ($17). All three sandwiches come on a telera roll with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, dill pickles and housemade remoulade (served with Cajun fries).
