Tour Lardon with Logan Square Preservation
A private tour of three great examples of adaptive reuse at the corner storefront building at California and Palmer — former home of Township and Pancho's, now the home of hospitality concepts Lardon, Union and Meadowlark. Enter at Lardon and get behind-the-scenes look at a gut rehab that was three years in the making.
Owner Steve Lewis will tell how he salvaged and restored the building's original details and created new accents using reused and upcycled materials. Order a coffee or cocktail and mingle with local preservation experts from Logan Square Preservation and sample selections from Lardon's acclaimed charcuterie, cured on-site.
