Meditation Retreat: Ocean of Peace (5/4 in Oak Park)
The Four Seals are four meditative insights into reality that enable us to experience the liberating wisdom of Mahamudra, the true nature of things.
During this retreat, Gen Demo will explain and guide meditations on each of these four insights: profound topics such as impermanence, the nature of the mind, the origin of our suffering and problems, and how to free our mind with ultimate truth, emptiness. By learning these meditations and applying them to your daily life, you will naturally experience greater balance, confidence, strength and inspiration.
No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome to attend.
