Pi Day Cooking Class and Wine Tasting
6:30-9:00pm, $35 per person in the hotel’s Emmy Noether Room
Come celebrate Pi day with a cooking demo and cocktail tasting. Learn as chef Maribel Arias makes all things around pies, from the chicken pot pie to a double dark pecan pie. A creative cocktail class with mixologist Patrick rounds out the experience!
Pi Day Specials at the Albert and Archive Lounge
Take a bite out of PI at the Albert. The Pi formula creates delicious deals for the day at the Albert. Enjoy our signature Sicilian pizza pie, our nonna’s Peach Pie, or the unique 3.14 cocktail!
Archive Lounge: Pizzas and wine: Choose your favorite Pizza and a bottle of wine for $31.40. Or, enjoy the Pi Bar: Come walk in and grab a slice from our homemade Pi Bar. 12 different pies featured. Peach to Pecan come and grab a slice for $5.
The Albert: Our mixologist has found the circumference of the proper mixed cocktail. Come experience the 3.14 Bubble Cocktail along with specialty “pie” items including Duck truffle mini pie, Lobster pie and Braised Short Rib Pie. Prices are a la carte.
