Celebrate the season with "A Hinsdale Hallelujah" on Saturday, December 6th at 6:00 PM at Hinsdale SDA Church. This free concert pairs the youthful sparkle of Mozart’s “Coronation” Piano Concerto, performed by young pianist Justin Gjata, with the soaring power of Handel’s Messiah Part I — culminating in the unforgettable Hallelujah Chorus. Led by conductor Reid Taylor, a professional orchestra and a festival choir of professional and community singers from across Chicagoland join forces with guest soloists from the Lyric Opera of Chicago to deliver a world-class evening of sacred and classical music.
Presented in partnership with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale and Musical Arts of Greater Chicago, the event honors music’s ability to heal, unite, and uplift. No tickets required; all are welcome. A free-will offering will support future community music programs.
