Costello. The program also includes Joseph Twist’s Lament, Richard Rodney Bennett’s A Farewell to Arms, Rudi Tas’ Miserere, Tavener’s The Lamb, and Paul Mealor’s The Tiger. The entire program offers space for reflection on words of sacrifice, mercy, and love. Cellist Jean Hatmaker joins Consonance in weaving a program of human and divine devotion, brought to life in the resplendent acoustics of Grace Lutheran Church.
