Each session is 30 minutes and the sauna can hold up to 6 people at a time. There will also be the option to rent the whole sauna out for the whole half hour. Each participant must sign a waiver. Clothing is required and includes swimsuits, tank tops, and athletic shorts. Basically, anything you are comfortable in and can get wet.
