We’re teaming up with Pasaeli Wines for an evening of great food, wine, and conversation with Seyit Karagözoğlu - the visionary behind Pasaeli and a force in the world of Turkish wine.
Turkish wine isn't on everyone's radar (yet), but it should be. Seyit has been championing native grapes for decades - working with wild ferments, native yeasts, and hand-harvested fruit to make wines that feel as alive as the land they come from.
