FOX VALLEY MALL TO HOST FAMILY-FRIENDLY LAUGH ALONG YOGA
Fox Valley Mall, a three-story shopping center serving generations of Aurora/Naperville-area visitors (www.ShopFoxValleyMall.com), will host Laugh Along Yoga on Friday, June 21st, from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. in Center Park. Participants can laugh along as they follow silly instructions for a fun filled 45-minute active show. Laughter yoga, or laughing yoga, uses playful movement and breathing exercises to encourage laughter. It’s designed to bring out the inner child and promote joy.
