The event features an interactive family-friendly Halloween balloon show with activities, face painting, balloon twisting, giveaways, and crafts (while supplies last). A Day of the Dead Fashion Show will be held on the same day from noon to 3 p.m. in Macy’s Court. This event is free and open to the public; no preregistration is required.
