Flyover Expected to Welcome Its 1 Millionth Rider During the Week of August 24, Making It the Fastest of Flyover’s Four Global Locations to Reach the Milestone WHAT: Flyover, Chicago’s premier immersive attraction located inside Navy Pier, is approaching a major milestone by welcoming its 1 millionth rider since opening in March 2024. The milestone is expected to be reached during the week of August 24. During this time, guests are invited to visit for their chance to be the one-millionth rider and win a Lifetime Flyover Pass, offering unlimited Flyover rides for life. Since opening, Flyover has earned local and national recognition including Best Visitor Attraction in Modern Luxury’s Best of Chicago Travel Awards and USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Award for Best New Attraction. Flyover has also become an active community member since opening, welcoming more than 451 Chicago Public Schools field trips and 15,600 students to date, while donating more than 2,000 tickets across 571 local events and partnering with organizations like the Black Boy Literacy Campaign, Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care, Roseland Hospital, Make-A-Wish Illinois and Boys & Girls Club of Chicago.
