“Project Warm coats, clothes, and blankets support the welfare of innocent children struggling with extreme poverty and little hope,” says Annie McAveeney, Founder and Executive Director of FAH4K. “When children are warm, they sleep better, stay healthier, and they can focus in school.” “Building Brighter Futures 4 Kids begins with meeting children’s basic needs to reduce peer shaming, isolation and increase school attendance.”
Year-round, FAH4K, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, provides unhoused, at-risk, and foster children seasonal clothing, food, critical necessities, life skills and educational support to help children live a more dignified hope-filled life. Fill a Heart 4 Kids sponsors 650 children living in foster facilities and over 2,800 at-risk children, with cases spiking to over 4,000 unhoused and at-risk teens October through March.
