Downtown Oak Park 34th Annual Oaktoberfest

The event will be held on Friday, September 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 26, from noon to 10:00 p.m. The festival is located in Downtown Oak Park, south of Lake Street on Marion Street and North Boulevard. Admission is free. New to the festival this year, guests can skip the line by purchasing a pre-sale bundle online for $59 (a $75 value). The bundle includes two souvenir cups, four drink tickets, and one limited-edition Oaktoberfest tote bag. At the event, guests can use tap-and-go digital payments or cash. The event features craft brews, local food specials, and live music. Highlights include: Fall beverages from local and international breweries, including festival favorites like Leinenkugel Oktoberfest and Riggs Brewing. Alternative beverages like Señorita THC Margarita and Right Bee Dry Hard Apple Cider will also be available. Kids Root Beer Garden: Open Saturday, September 26, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. It features family favorites such as zucchini races, root beer floats, a balloon artist, and an obstacle course. A second stage will feature performances sponsored by the Oak Park Area Arts Council, alongside other family-friendly activities sponsored by local organizations. Headline Live Performances: Catch Austin swamp-funk and soul band Shinyribs on Friday, and big band reggae group The Resolvers on Saturday. Both headliners perform from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
