Dove's Luncheonette x PostBoy Pop-Up
Owners Ben Holland and chef James Galbraith are bringing regional, locally sourced dishes to the Michigan coastline and Dove's is excited to invite you in for a "first look" at what to expect. Chef Galbraith's Chicago ties are deep after 20 years of industry experience studying under some of Chicago’s most acclaimed chefs at celebrated restaurants such as Intro, Blackbird, BOKA, S.K.Y., Elske, Bellemore, and more.
Reservations are first come, first served and guests can expect a $25 cancellation/no-show fee. All menu items are served a la carte.
