Hosted by the North Lawndale Employment Network (NLEN) and North Lawndale Community Coordinating Council (NLCCC), with support from the Steans Family Foundation, the event celebrates the community’s commitment to equitable workforce development and inclusive economic opportunity—while uplifting the vibrant art, culture and community spirit of North Lawndale. As part of the celebration, NLEN will present three community leadership awards in on-stage programming from 3-5PM.
