Capoeira with Gingarte Capoeira
In partnership with Music Moves Chicago and Old Town School, Rebuild Foundation and Gingarte Capoeira present CAPOEIRA classes, which encompass the Afro-Brazilian martial art form that includes movement, music, and philosophy. This class is FREE to the public and no experience is required.
Classes will take place every Saturday, 12:30pm to 2:00pm, from February 3 to April 8, at DA+HC, 📍 1456 E 70th St, Chicago, IL 60637
Music Moves Chicago is Old Town School of Folk Music's place-based, youth-focused, intergenerational initiative that aims to inspire, restore, and transform communities by providing access to high quality arts education, concerts, and workforce readiness through partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other institutions located in South and West side neighborhoods.
