A Taste of Diego
Cue the music and pour the margaritas, because Diego, the mariscos-centric restaurant and bar in West Town, is celebrating its 2nd anniversary with A Taste of Diego. But this anniversary event has an unusual twist, with live music from 11am to 1am on July 19th (yes, you read that right), tasting events, and a margarita station, it’s a 14-hour party.
It’s been two years of serving up dishes that combine tradition with technique, celebrating fire-grilled seafood, bold spice, and Mediterranean flavors that reflect both Chef Stephen Sandoval’s heritage and global travels. The team is excited to invite the community in to celebrate their anniversary with an all-day long Taste of Diego!
