Book Launch for The Nurture Method
Celebrate the launch of The Nurture Method with co-authors Lindsay Ambrose and Arden Joy, and explore what it means to parent babies with more presence, flexibility, and compassion. The Nurture Method shares science-backed, practical tools for building connection in everyday moments, from playtime to diaper changes, without adding more to an already full day. The discussion will include a Q&A facilitated by clinical psychologist Emily Edlynn, PhD, author of Autonomy-Supportive Parenting, along with a few simple demonstrations of mindfulness in action.
Children are invited. No prior mindfulness experience is needed.
