Sunday Musicale: Though Love Be a Day - free community concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28


Korbitz, a professional member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus and Grant Park Chorus, is on the faculty at VanderCook College of Music and is Voice Area Coordinator at North Central College. Garofalo, a classical pianist, composer and conductor, serves as Director of Music Ministry at Community United Methodist Church in Naperville. He is a performing member of the Western Springs Music Club and has recorded several albums. Cummings) Gwyneth Walker (b. 1947) Thy fingers make early flowers Lily has a rose After all white horses are in bed Maggie and Millie and Molly and May Still A Word on my Ear Flanders and Swan This free community concert is sponsored by the Senior & Music Ministries at Community UMC. The concert is in the second-floor sanctuary, which is accessible by elevator. A free will offering basket is available at the back of the sanctuary to support this and future community events.
