Healthy Sight for Life- Diabetes and Eye Health Fair
Prevent Blindness will be joined by an array of organizations as we host the Healthy Sight for Life Diabetes and Eye Health Fair for people living with diabetes, families, the community, and the public. The event will be free to attend, and will take place at the beautiful Chicago Cultural Center (78 E Washington St. Chicago, IL 60602). The event will feature expert presentations, patients sharing their lived experience with vision loss, a fashion show featuring designs from an artist with low vision, a community art mural project to promote eye health awareness, children’s activities, access to free educational materials, and more.
