60 wrd/min Art Critic: Red Line Service Edition
Lori Waxman's "60 wrd/min Art Critic" has been ongoing for nearly 20 years and has served various constituencies: professional artists living in regions with no local art press, hobbyists looking for serious feedback, artists making work behind bars, foreign artists needing tear sheets for their visa applications. For this edition, Waxman will respond to artwork made by Red Line Service artists. Reviews will be free of charge, fast, serious, knowledgeable, and published in the Chicago Reader. Drop in and watch an art critic at work, and view up close her thought process and practice. Celebrate with the Red Line Service artists for whom she is writing reviews and share some yummy refreshments.
