Come lift your spirits! Join Central Street for the annual Trick-or-Treat event on Saturday, October 25 from 11 AM - 1 PM. Make trick-or-treat bags at the Evanston Art Center and trick-or-treat at participating Central Street businesses. Keep the fun going at The Fat Shallot for the after-hours costume party from 2 - 4 PM!
