Día de Los Muertos Boozy Tea with Chef Richard Sandoval at Casa Chi on Sunday, October 19th
Casa Chi by Chef Richard Sandoval will honor Día de Los Muertos with a one-day-only Boozy Tea on Sunday, October 19th from 12–4pm. The celebration blends culinary tradition with modern flavors, featuring live music and appearances by Chef Sandoval.
The three-course shared menu ($59) includes smoked swordfish makimono and guacamole, Casa-style hot stone dishes with choices such as prime skirt steak, shrimp, or provoleta cheese, and The Yuzu cheesecake with almond crumble and white chocolate. Limited-edition Boozy Tea Pots highlight the flavors of the season, including the Marigold Margarita, Hibiscus Paloma Punch, and Orange Blossom.
