Carnivale Heats Up Fulton Market District with the Introduction of Komal at Carnivale
Culinary excellence and flair-filled entertainment have long been a perfect match at Carnivale, 702 W. Fulton Market St. The Pan-Latin hotspot is thrilled to be firing on all cylinders as they announce the launch of Komal at Carnivale, an intimate and interactive multi-course dining experience curated, prepared and served by Chef from an exclusive open-concept Chef’s kitchen at the heart of Carnivale’s main dining room. With communal seating for a total of 6 guests per experience, Komal at Carnivale invites diners to dive into new flavors with a collection of unique, seasonal plates each with a story of their own. A foodie’s dream, Chef will guide diners through the creation of each course, sharing behind the scenes insights, culinary technique and cultural inspirations along the way. To add to the experience, beverage pairings will be available with each course a la carte. Reservations for the interactive new experience are now live via Tock for Thursday, Friday and Saturdays at 7 pm weekly. Komal at Carnivale is available for $175+ per person and can accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice.
Drawing inspiration from the "I leave it up to you" mantra of Omakase, Komal at Carnivale keeps diners on the edge of their seats, eagerly anticipating the chef's next creation. In true Carnivale fashion, Komal at Carnivale lends its namesake from a twist on the traditional comal - a smooth, flat griddle most commonly used in Latin cultures to prepare foods over an open flame. Chef will prepare mouthwatering dishes on the comal during the meal, enhancing opportunities for flavor and entertainment at every turn. Each visit will promise a uniquely curated and unforgettable tasting experience for diners to enjoy, with an ever evolving menu taking inspiration from different countries, cultures and cuisines, perfect for foodies on the constant search for a new edible adventure. The all-new experience was developed in tandem with esteemed “Top Chef Brasil” alum Chef Alex Sotero, who will lead the culinary team of Carnivale’s soon-to-open sister location, Carnivale Bahamas. Komal at Carnivale will be led by Carnivale’s very own Chef Carlos Garza and his team.
