Tin Drum Theatre presents THE UNSEEN by Craig Wright. Wallace and Valdez have never seen each other's faces. Separated by walls and forgotten by the outside world, these two prisoners have sustained each other for years through the sound of their voices, word games, and dark humor. The system that holds them is embodied by Smash, a guard who plans his birthday party—complete with extravagant decorations—between torture sessions. When a mysterious new prisoner begins communicating with them in code, the men must examine everything they know about their world, their captors, and themselves. Craig Wright's THE UNSEEN explores the absurdity of cruelty for its own sake, then delivers something even better: a testament to how hope and human connection give us the strength to persevere against systems designed to divide and break us. THE UNSEEN will be presented at The Bramble Arts Loft’s intimate black box theater. Th, Fri, Sat 7:30pm. Sun 2:30pm. The show runs approximately 85 minutes with no intermission.
