This event will bring the public, local dystonia patient community and friends and family together to raise awareness of dystonia and funds to benefit the work of the Chicago-based Dystonia Medical Research Foundation. Prizes will be offered to the top three teams. Registration fee includes continental breakfast, tote bag, raffle ticket & Lettuce Entertain You gift card.
