23rd Annual BarrieFest
The South East Oak Park Community Organization (SEOPCO) will stage the 23rd annual BarrieFest on September 6 from noon - 5 PM in Barrie Park, 1011 S. Lombard. Barrie Fest has two purposes: to provide a family-focused festival for the residents of this area and to offer all Oak Parkers an opportunity to experience our wonderful neighborhood.
BarrieFest features fun for kids, including a bounce house, obstacle course and climbing wall; live performances from local musicians and DJ Bounce House; information booths set up by local businesses and organizations; a visit from Oak Park Library’s Book Bike; and food from local restaurants Oak Park restaurants.
Our lead sponsor for this event is the Forest Park Bank. Other sponsors include ComEd, Culver’s of Berwyn, AYSO, House of Heat, It’s A Sign, Kolovitz Movers, Oak Park Friends School, and Spilt Milk.
