This creation combines a Pambazo, which is a famous street torta in Mexico, with a classic American hamburger, or hamburguesa in Spanish. The result is a mouthwatering dish unlike any other with homemade crispy potatoes and chorizo on top of a thick dry-aged beef burger smothered in local cheddar, tomato jam, and thin-sliced napa cabbage, topped with a chile-dipped toasted bun. $5 yucca fries and cilantro crema, oysters, and ice-cold cocktails are also available to pair with this delicious treat!
