Asador Bastian pays homage to Chicago's iconic chophouses and is inspired by the asadores of San Sebastian, Spain, that are famous for serving the best steaks in the world. Showcasing their commitment to sourcing only the best boutique beef, Chefs Christian Eckmann and Doug Psaltis will be cooking a dinner with dishes from one single 100% Black Wagyu that was bred exclusively for the restaurant. The night will consist of a reception with a Wagyu Fat-Washed Old Fashioned and Traditional Pintxos, and a seated dinner with carefully selected pairings of classics and gems from the Asador Bastian wine cellar.
