STRENGTH IN THE CITY Chicago | Winter Wellness Workshops
We've done fitness, we've done meditation, we've done networking. You have asked for more workshops and intentional space to reflect and move, so now we are doing it!
STRENGTH IN THE CITY is proud to announce our first festival geared towards low-impact movements, connecting with oneself, and more than anything, collaborative workshops to bring you masterclasses for the ages.
This January, kick off your new year with all or one of the workshops that speaks to you to lighting your soul on fire.

🙏 A portion of the proceeds goes towards our STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation to bring health and wellness to SOS Children's Village of Illinois.
* Collect your STRENGTH IN THE CITY bingo card upon check-in and gather as many stamps as you can from participating gyms, vendors, and contests throughout the grounds. When you hit Bingo, find the Bingo booth and collect a prize!
Doors open at 7:30 am, our first class will begin at 8:15am and the last class will finish by 3pm. Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle.
Some vendors will have items for purchase and MANY will have free giveaways for you!
