Adobo Grill November Tequila Dinner
Dinner begins with Sopa de Calabaza, a butternut squash soup with pumpkin seeds and sour cream, paired with the classic Adobo Margarita. Next, you’ll enjoy the Sope de Pollo “Little masa cup” with chicken tinga alongside a seasonal Apple Margarita. The main course of the dinner consists of Enchiladas de Camaron, shrimp enchiladas with a butternut squash mole, and rice, with Adobo Grill’s refreshing Hibiscus Margarita. And finally, end the evening on a sweet note with Pastel de Camote, a sweet potato cake with caramel sauce.
The November Tequila Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 PM and is $63 per guest (tax and gratuity not included).
