Adobo Grill July Tequila Dinner
Kick off the evening with Salbutes Yucatan, typically served as a puffed deep fried tortilla topped with lettuce, sliced avocado, pulled chicken or turkey, tomato, and pickled red onion. This starter is served with the classic Adobo Margarita!
Next, indulge in Papadzules, a traditional dish from the Yucatán Peninsula, most closely resembling enchiladas. The evening’s second course will be served with El Melon Margarita, Tequila Reposado with lime juice, cantaloupe, and mandarine liquor.
Then relish in Adobo Grill’s Cochinita Pibil, achiote marinated pork slow roasted in banana leaf, and prepared with black beans, guacamole, and molcajete salsa, along with El Pepino Margarita, made with Tequila Añejo, Midori, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
And finally, finish the evening with Papaya Sorbet with fruit, and a small tasting of Tequila Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Adobo Grill’s house made sangrita.
