Adobo Grill, an Old Town gem beloved by locals and tourists alike, is raising a glass to their February Tequila Dinner, taking place on Wednesday, February 28th.
Priced at $63 per person, and paired with three margaritas, dinner consists of four dishes:
• Start with Bocadillo, Salmon Ceviche with guava and pico de gallo, paired with Adobo’s Margarita, a blend of Tequila Blanco, fresh squeezed lime juice, and Gran Gala.
• Antojito is Ancho Pepper, stuffed with al pastor pork Guajillo salsa, paired alongside the Papaya Margarita, made with Tequila Reposado, honey papaya, Cointreau liquor, and lime juice.
• Next enjoy Platillo - Carne Asada, a flank steak with ay carumba potatoes, and tomato habanero salsa, with the Guava Margarita, comprised of Tequila Añejo, lemon-lime, and Grand Manier liquor.
• Finally, delight with Crepa con cajeta with plantains, served paired with a tasting of Tequila Blanco, Reposado and Añejo and house made tequila.
The featured tequila for February’s dinner is Herradura, made in the middle of Mexico’s tequila region – Amatitan, Jalisco. Herradure brand tequilas are made with agave hearts roasted in clay ovens and fermented with wild yeast.
